i bought a 120gb Zune in january and in august it stared to show a gray image with white letters saying about a mistake, more specifically the mistake number 5.
what can i do with the warranty? if i bought it in Bronsville but I live in Mexico, and I have the ticket and all the zune papers that came with it.

My only question to you is, when you referer to the warranty, are you talking about the manufacture's warranty? If so you will have to speak with Zune directly.
