Not happy, just read this forum and realized that I was getting charged for this "optional" program since I opened the card a few years ago. I am really disappointed in bestbuy that they would stoop that low to get extra money whether for them or hsbc. I have been having a hard time paying down on this bill because it continues to go up with every payment and to find out that I could have stopped that a long time ago had I been educated when signed up that it was optional. Yes I understand I should have read the fine print but I guess I never had this happen to me with any other credit card. I spend alot of money at best buy and will think twice before spending anything again.
