I certainly understand. I recently made a large purchase and had some issues to work out in the first 30 days and have never in my life been treated so rudely. This was in the same store that I made the purchase. I almost returned the entire order. I found one out of four people that I talked to which included the manager, that even remotely seemed interested in my concerns. It was just horrible. I can't believe they are allowed to act so rudely. The more I talked the madder I was getting. Not one of the three I had cornered at one time ever even said I'm sorry your unhappy, we will do our best to help you, or anything. There get out of my hair solution was to call 1-800-GEEK-Squad. I had intentions on buying a new computer just this coming week, but will do without one before I buy one from best buy. I still may return the $2500. Worth of electronics I've already purchased.
