Hi I can give you an update, I have the same issue. I called the 188-best buy they told me to call the store I purchased it from and they would have info.Wrong!!!!!!!! So i called the 1888- bestbuy after talking them.Mick the operator I talked to said there was a major system error with the codes and that they were working on the problem.Mick also said that the reward zone techs are going to contact the people affected by the email in the next 3-5 days on this issue.

Yeah i had the same problem, in my previous post 1-888-bestbuy said it would be 3 to 5 days before this problem will be fixed it seems none of the codes were activated by best buy.

I am still researching this issue. I'm sorry I don't have a batch of codes for this one but I can say that Best Buy® does stand behind the codes it offers.
I'll of course be letting you all know the moment I have a fix for this. I appreciate your patience and hope you are all enjoying the Halo: Reach experience!

Can everyone please try their code again and see if it is functioning yet? I was told they were activated, let's see if there's fine-tuning to be done still.

I am still working to get a list of those codes. If you preordered in the timeframe specified you should have definitely been included in the email.
Hopefully we can get you some more information ASAP on this. I'll let you all know the moment I hear something!
