I signed up dor service in the store and had servis installed on 6/19 I purchased a dynex 46'' hdtv for 499.99 on 6/24 and mailed in the required forms on 7/6 . I received the 50 dollar gift card back in september but no 300 gift card. I finally got around to calling and have been getting shuffled around with no answers. I was told after giving the same information that the form asked for that a case would be opened and escelated I also was directed to check the rebates site and i have I see the 50 dollar gift card but not the 300.
