RIDICULOUS!!!

Hey Guys,

I bought this Kodak Printer from Best Buy back in January. Since then, I've had the manufacturer send me a new print head and then a new printer. However, I keep having problems. Within the last 3 weeks, I've had to replace the printer ink 3 times. This is ridiculous. I dont even print a lot.

I still have the receipt but no box. Does anyone know what my options are? I cannot affford to pay $25 every week for a new cartridge!

Please Help.

Re: RIDICULOUS!!!

Someone around here may have a better idea, but I suspect that your options are fairly limited at this point. It would seem that you are well outside of the return period. You may have to consider this a lesson learned and just buy a different printer. Fyi, I've had pretty good luck with the HP Deskjet 3050. Not very expensive, connects to our wireless easily, and doesn't use an excessive amount of ink (I don't print a lot either). I like mine so much that when my wife needed a printer I bought her an HP 3050 too. I would have expected better from Kodak, but your experience doesn't sound like a glowing endorsement.

Good luck.

Re: RIDICULOUS!!!

Did you purchase any kind of coverage from Best Buy for the printer?
If not, you'd have to keep dealing with the MFG to see if they'd replace it again or what not.

Re: RIDICULOUS!!!

Hi avrildo,

I'm sincerely sorry that your Kodak printer keeps having issues, especially only 3 months since initial purchase. You are beyond the return policy, so we wouldn't be able to accept it back. Your options are to either bring it into your local store for services or continue working with Kodak directly under the manufacturer's coverage.
