RESOLVED/ADVICE FOR ALL!!! - Suggestions Anyone?? Worst Customer Service Experience of My Life

Does anyone have any suggestions??? I am so beaten down by this whole mess. I originally ordered a computer and printer combo item on thanksgiving.  I received a call from Bestbuy during my Thanksgiving dinner in which Bestbuy apolgized and said that unfortunately they were not going to be able to fullfil my order and that they would be sending me a $100 digital coupon.  I have called BestBuy over 10 times since that time and have still not received any coupon.  On at least 3 separate occasions, I have been promised either a call back from a BestBuy repreentative or an email response within 24 hours. I have not once received a response.  I have probably spent more than 7 hours total time on the phone and on hold with various Betsbuy representatives, and I feel like I am making no progress.  If I do not receive the promised digital coupon in my e-mail by the end of the day on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, I will be filing a lawsuit against Bestbuy in the New York City Civil Court Small Claims Part on the morning of Wednesday, December 24, alleging, among other things, fraud and false adverstising.  I will be seeking damages of $100 to cover the amount of the digital coupon, plus court costs, plus whatever other compensatory damages the court sees fit to impose.  Today, December 22, I have been on the phone for over an hour, first talking to an operator, who transferred me to "Anna" in the online division, who then transferred me to "James" in consumer relations, who then transferred me to his supervisor "Mitch" in consumer relations, who then transferred me BACK to some woman in the online division, who then transfeered me BACK AGAIN to "_____" in consumer relations, and THEN AGAIN back to "Theresa" in the online division, and not a single person gave me any answer or guideance.  I find it reprehensible that Bestbuy treats its customers like this.

Thank you! Finally. After all that time on the phone over the last month, it is now completely clear to me that it makes absolutely no sense to waste any time on hold and/or talking to people at BestBuy over the phone.  If you want a real resolution or attention to your issue by competent people, you need to email them and/or post in the forum.  I received a quick and satisfactory response within 24 hours of doing so.  I will probably continue to shop with BestBuy, but I will NEVER waste another minute of my life trying to talk to Bestbuy customer service reps over the phone.  Good luck to everyone else with Bestbuy problems. Remember - email/forums is the way to go if you need help with your order.
