You have made a very smart decision in my opinion....

Sorry your order got messed up too,but if you do not order from them again they cannot screw you over again. I will never shop with them again either.

Make sure to keep an eye on the account that you used to pay for your order with. There seems to be some type of problem with canceled orders still being charged and then you will get the run around when you try to get your money back for the order you never received.
