On Friday, February 17th, I purchased an iPad for $499. I noticed this weekend in the ad they are $449 and that got me wondering if Best Buy, like other retailers, will reimburse you the price difference when they put an item on sale within a few weeks or a month of the time you bought it.
If so, can I just bring my receipt to them and actually get a $50 gift card back, or even a cash refund?
Thanks.

Yes, you should be eligible for a $50 refund, as a price match. But you must claim the price match within the allowable 14 day return period. So, don't delay in requesting the PM refund.
Good Luck -
