What is Best Buy's policy for the the 30 day "if you find it cheaper we'll refund you the difference"? Is it only certain stores ( I know auction sites such as the Bay are out), but what about other stores/sites?
I bought the new TV two days ago and I've already found it cheaper at another store. Any help?

best buy don't match auction stores, clearance items, rebates, online stores, etc etc. usually just "other competition stores".
just so let you know, pricematching policy is ALL up to the managers discrestion. how you walk in the store, how you talk to them, sometimes maybe they won't pricematch all the way, but they can do something about it at least. don't take my word for it, like i said, it's up to the store's manager.
but doesn't hurt to try.
i wouldn't buy anything $$$$ off E Bay or any auction sites. i try buying a tv on there once, ended up being a scam. back then when plasma first came out and they were like $10,000. i got excited when i saw it for $2,000 on e bay. and then i try getting something else over $1000, still the same story. paid, and never recieved my product.

Hey tclarkbss,
I’m sure you’re enjoying your new TV, and if I were you I would enjoy it even more if I paid less for it. Luckily Best Buy® does have a price match policy. Our in store price guarantee says we will match a lower price of our competitors, or our own lower price if certain conditions are met and the product is still within its return or exchange period. One condition that needs to be met is the competitor needs to be a local competitor to the store that is doing the price match, the product must be in stock at the competitor, the model on sale must match exactly the model you purchased, and the sale price can’t be a going out of business sale price, a clearance sale price, or the competitor or Best Buy® has the sale item listed as limited quantities available. Once all the conditions are verified, the Best Buy® store should reduce the price of the product you’re purchasing to the competitors price, or if it is an already existing purchase, the store should refund you the difference plus ten percent of the difference. One last aspect of our store price guarantee is that a Best Buy® store should not price match any online site other than BestBuy.com, unless the internet retailer has a local store that will match its online price for the product. You can read a more detailed explanation of our store price guarantee here.
