Price match

This evening, I called the 888 number to ask for price match on Panasonic camcorder which I purchased couple days ago.  The price is $50 lower on their web site now.  However, I was put on hold for 45 minutes.  The lady on the other side did back and forth to me few times.  Finally, my phone was out of battery and got disconnected.  Instead of call again, I decided to order another one and will return the open box one tomorrow.  Best Buy deserves another open box item and lost another customer.

Price match help!

I called the 888 number yesterday, I was being hold for 45 min and disconnected.  I called again today, first I was on hold for 12 min and the phone was disconnected.  I called again, after 7 min on hold, somebody answered but transfer me to nowhere and asked me to key in the code.  Then I entered 0.  Seems direct me back to where it was and on hold again. 

Who can I talk to to get the price match?  Can anyone help please?

Are you trying to price match a Bestbuy.com order, or a retail store order? What are you trying to price match?

Online purchase.  After this msg, I called again and they hung me up again after half an hour wait.  But I just get this resolved by calling corporate office at 612-291-1000.  People may want to call this if they have problem with 888 number.

In this economy, every penny saved counts. I appreciate your persistence on trying to get your Price Match inquiry resolved and keeping us updated. On the other hand, it shouldn't have taken this many attempts or as long as you invested into the situation. I'm terribly sorry for any inconvenience.
