Best Buy & Geek Squad Policies

Hello,

I would like to know from BB if they really PM Sams-Club or no. I have read mixed comments/feelings/reviews about this both inside and outside bestbuy community.

Like I mentioned in an earlier reply. I called three BB stores (one being less than 4 miles away from a sams club location) and they said they would not price match Sams Club, I happened to call Bestbuy directly (1-888-BEST BUY) and they told me I will have to call the stores around me directly as they would know whether that store price matches samsclub or no

.

I guess a reply to this topic by BB would help members of stores like Sams-Club. Costco, etc to understand BB's price match policy towards these stores.

I called 3 bestbuy locations around my work and they all say they cant price match with them. I even called bestbuy's direct line and they told me they cant help me with this and I will have to contact BB store for that information.

Point them to these forums. If they still do not accept it then contact a mod here and they should be able to reach out to your local store or possibly set up a PM another way.

Actually, I tried doing that as well, but they were only interested in what they call "their" price match policy. I know it can get tricky to understand/interpret what exactly the price match policy. But I feel, atleast BB's sales associates should be completely aware of this.

I hope a mod here can help me out with this.

Thanks for you reply. But that link takes me to the BBY's price match policy.
Also since I am new to this forum could you tell me how to get in touch with a mod. Hopefully they should be able to help me.

The mods (Community Connectors) will come along typically within 3-5 business days of being assigned to your post.

As Jimmie stated we do price match Sams Club as long as the other guidelines of the price match policy are met.

I'm curious what were you attempting to price match?
