Oh, and the issue has been somewhat resolved via consumer relations personnel at the corporate 800 number. Thanks for everyone chiming in. It was much appreciated.
i do say somewhat, however, because I'd still like to have the attitude and rudeness of the customer service manager i originally spoke with, documented. His inability to even hear me out on the matter was very rude and furthermore, the tone with which he took to me, a customer, was unprofessional. If anybody can get back to me as to where I can file an offical complaint regarding my treatment, it would be greatfully appreciated. I'm typically not one to care, but the blatent disregard for my valid claim has angered me to the point that I want my harsh treatment expressed and documented within the system. Thanks.

There are other requirements such as product availability, local retailer’s proximity, and the advertised price must be current and in effect.
