Btw for those saying membership and warehouse clubs are excluded, it's been posted many times here that they ARE valid for PMs. I'll get the link in a minute

Oh, and the issue has been somewhat resolved via consumer relations personnel at the corporate 800 number. Thanks for everyone chiming in. It was much appreciated.

i do say somewhat, however, because I'd still like to have the attitude and rudeness of the customer service manager i originally spoke with, documented. His inability to even hear me out on the matter was very rude and furthermore, the tone with which he took to me, a customer, was unprofessional. If anybody can get back to me as to where I can file an offical complaint regarding my treatment, it would be greatfully appreciated. I'm typically not one to care, but the blatent disregard for my valid claim has angered me to the point that I want my harsh treatment expressed and documented within the system. Thanks.

when you walk into your BB there maybe signs with pics of the store managers & other "important" people along with their emails. There may also be business cards too & on the bottom of the receipt there's a feedback section that has direct info for the specific store too.

I appreciate you reaching out to us with your Price Match questions.  We’re commonly asked if we’ll match wholesale retailers such as Sam’s Club or Costco.  The standard procedure is to allow a price match to these types of retailers.  You can view the entire policy by clicking here

 

There are other requirements such as product availability, local retailer’s proximity, and the advertised price must be current and in effect.   It seems from your posting that the employee may have been misinformed.  I’d like to personally apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced throughout this process.
