I was eventually able to redeem my code. For some reason it took a day though. As long as it works for future beta weekends, I have no problem with my order.

My key code is showing invalid when I try to register it on NCSOFT's site. If it does or doesn't work in a couple days, I'll report back.

IF you pre ordered to get your pre order beta copy you have to go to the GW2 forums to donwload the beta not the ncsoft site make sure your going to thr right place and finding the right link, its not on your account page becuase tyhat the actual game copy which isnt out yet, only the beta is available through the GW2 forums.

There is a stress test Monday only for all prepurchasers. So make sure you're registered as a prepurchase on their site before then. And looking at that time, I'd hate to be Pacific for that one day test during working hours. It's not great for a stress test for East Coasters either but West Coast is totally not good.

After you purchase the game. Where do they give you the beta key?

I just bought the game online from bestbuy.com. I can't find the beta key.

Once your order has fully processed, you can retrieve your product key via the Best Buy PC App.  Instructions for how to go about that should be included in your emails or on your BestBuy.com account in the order status section.
