Here's my story, not as bad as others on here but still frustrating none the less. Last Thursday 12/10 I went online looking for the Panasonic/Xbox 360 pacckage. The only store close to me that had it in stock was the Chino Hills, CA store. I called the store to verify the items were in stock and to make the purchase. I was told that they had two of the tv's left. I made the purchase order over the phone and was told that one of the tv's would be set aside with a purchased ticket on it with a pick-up date of Sat. the 12th. The next day I received an email stating that there was a billing problem. I immediately contacted Best Buy and tried to fix the situation. I spoke to a CSR that spoke to the manager who told me not to worry the items would be there for me to pick-up on Sat. Good!
Fast foward to Sat. I make the hour drive in the rain with a borrowed SUV and I arrive at the store and wait in line fo 30min to pick-up. I give the cashier my order # and he says that it is not in-stock, explain the situation and he says he will look for it. 30+mins later he comes back and says that they already sold it. What? States that someone is calling over to the warehouse for possible pick-up there. 40mins more waiting for the supposed phone call to happen just be informed that the item is not in stock there either. Says they can order it from main warehouse in Dinuba, CA. At this time I speak to manager and he states that it will be in the store on 12/15 and I will defintely be receiving a call that day to schedule delivery. He GUARANTIES me that the tv will be delivered before Christmas.
Well here it is 12/16 and the tv has not yet arrived at the store!

I’m not sure why there would have been any confusion regarding when your TV would be available – or why there would have been any billing issues with your initial order – but I can certainly imagine how frustrated you must feel. I have some news for you though, so please keep an eye on your private messages.
