What model Samsung did you get?  Just curious...  I just posted a note about a Samsung bundle I purchased.  I got the TV but not the Blu-Ray Player.  From that point on my experience with BB CS has been about what you have described.  They are unwilling to do anything to resolve this unfulfilled order.
