I purchased a TV from BB a week ago (for Christmas). After using it a couple days I have decided that I am not impressed (at all) by the tv and I want to return it to get another. I have the receipt and everything that came in the box BUT the box is gone. Can I still return the tv without the box? If so, will I get a full refund so I can get a different tv?

Yup, you don't need the box to return a TV, just the accessories that came with it, the receipt, and your ID.
