Please Help!!

HELP, 

 

I have a situation going on that I need some help with ...with someone important. I went into the Best Buy store on 4/5 around 3pm and purchased a Panasonic Viera 50" Plasma TV. On checkout when choosing the delivery date the salesperson told me for 30 extra bucks I could get next day delivery. I said ok so the TV was supposed to be delivered the next day 4/6 by Cory 1st Choice Home Delivery. That's the company that Best Buy has deliver products. Well, tonite around 9pm I was called my the delivery company and it seems my TV isnt on the truck that is supposed to arrive at the delivery company at 4am and the delivery guy said I purchased my TV at the store too late to get next day delivery. First of all that doesnt make sense. Wouldnt the salesperson know that???? I think the delivery company messed this up and didnt put in an order for my TV to be on the truck so I could get my TV tomorrow on 4/6. OK, well the delivery guy said instead I would get my TV on 4/7, but he didnt sound too sure. So what I am scared of is i've paid over 1800 bucks for a tv and protection plan and my TV is somewhere out there in limbo and I'm gonna have to be calling Best Buy and this delivery company everyday for a long time......so I want to nipp this in the bud and see if you can help me with this. The Best Buy I purchased my TV has a phone  number of 305-933-9025. The delivery company phone number is 305-863-8188. I'd appreciate a call from you or any help you can give me on getting my tv delivered to me. When I called the store after I was told by the delivery people next day deliveries cant be done for purchases after 3pm the store customer service was like "really". So I feel like someone made a mistake here and I'm getting the run around. If someone from Best Buy could private message me I can give you my full name, phone number, and customer PIN from my receipt.
