PSP Renewal Plan does not have a No Lemon Policy?

I have an HP laptop that I renewed the PSP plan on. Since that renewal, I've had to have my motherboard replaced 4 times. The Agent at my local store told me that this qualified me for the No Lemon Policy. However, my computer was sent in, fixed and is being shipped back to me. I talked to an Agent over the phone who said that the PSP renewal plans do not have the No Lemon Policy. Is this true? If so, why don't all Agents know this?

That is correct. Whenever you renew any plan at BB, you no longer have No Lemon coverage.

Hey NSC24,

I’m not quite sure why you would have received conflicting information regarding renewal PSP coverage, but I apologize if you found this to be the case.  As both Nokia and the phone representative you spoke with mentioned, however, our No Lemon policy does not apply to renewal plans.  This information is outlined on our PSP renewal forms, as well as in the documentation you should have received upon renewal of your plan.
