PLEASE EVERYBODY= do not buy from Best Buy and for sure DO NOT USE THEIR GEEK SQUAD. I have had a tv out for repair for nearly a month- took nearly 2 weeks to get approval to ship the bad part and then the new parts ( really new? I doubt it) came in two times and were defective- so we have been out a tv for nearly a month- and noone at Geek Squad and Best Buy cares- what a rip off.

I can relate to your situation been without my laptop for 3 weeks now and no one at Geek Squad seems to even care or take the time to even figure out what is wrong with my laptop.

U r lucky it's only been a month, I've been w/o a TV for two months now. Don't know when they will fix it. God help me.

Just to let you know I called Best Buy Corporate office and also emailed them- at least I got a reply- but still no tv

I’m sure the fact that the service center received defective parts two times since your TV has been out for repair does not instill a sense of confidence in this service, and with this repair already lasting a month I’m sure you are ready to finally have a working TV.
I did look into this and I show that the service center has repaired your TV, and it is being delivered back to you on 10/9/2009.
