I have heard/read MANY conflicting stories on the web.

I bought a PS3  3 weeks ago. Uncharted 3 Bundle.

I am not happy with the system. It is far too loud for me. I want to return the system for a full refund. But it is opened.

Some people online say, "As long as it's within 30 days, you have the receipt, and packaging, you can return it for a full refund, even if it's opened"

Some people online have said "Unless the console is broken, best buy won't let you return the system at all"

Finally, some people have said, "As long as it's within 30 days, you have the receipt, and packaging, you can return it for store credit, even if it's opened"

I called my local BB, and they keep putting me on hold.  Can anyone clear this issue up for me please?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt, everything that came in the box, and a valid photo ID and you will receive a refund to however you paid. Keep in mind the product does have to be in like new condition.

Yellowsubmarine is correct here, if you are in the return period you can return the bundle as long as you return everything that came with it and it is not damaged. You do not need the packaging, but it is appreciated. Let us know if you need anything else.
