Online order cancelled, and noone can tell me why

 I placed online order this morning for store pickup, and had an order waiting for pickup. Both were cancelled. when I called BestBuy.com - i first got a credit card was denied reason. i could understand this since it was a large purchase, but after finding out everything was OK, i called BestBuy.com back and trying to get a better explanation, I was told I could no longer place an online order - i was bannned. when pressed, no explanation could be given as to why.

 

All I'm asking is what did I do wrong? did I spend too much at Best Buy?
