Offensive Manager

I purchased a laptop that was defective, confirmed in-store. During the exchange process the manager told me & my husband to stop talking & refused to contact the general manager when we requested. He proceeded to tell us no one would listen to our concerns, his word is final. We have been loyal customers for years and will not purchase anything from Best Buy ever again. I belong to a nation-wide organization with several hundred thousand members and will gladly warn them to shop elsewhere.

That was so disappointing to read. I hope you will accept my sincere apology for the bad behavior you encountered at one of our stores. I would like to know more about it and will send you a private message outlining what I need in order to fully investigate this.

 

To view your private message, please make sure you are on the forum, then look for the tiny envelope in the upper right corer of the screen. The envelope is orange on my screen. Once I hear back from you we can see what went on and notify the proper manager.
