Per the Best Buy terms and conditions, 14 days on certain items, including cameras. If you fall outside of that period, you are stuck with your product.

Evening,
Sorry I was trolling the forums for my issue and decided to take a look at other posts here. This focuing issue you have, did you happen to clean the lense? More than likely your AF sensor is just dirty. I would recommend cleaning the lense or using a bulb duster to clean out the internals a bit.
Not sure how much you paid for this camera but you can take it to a B&H Photo or another store in your area that deals with professional cleaning and get an internal cleaning done for ~$100.00.
Also, if you happen to do this yourself I'd recommend reading this; http://esupport.sony.com/docs/dvimag/DSCHX100V_gui

Hi ziyanglai,
After already exchanging this camera once I can completely understand you wanting to return or exchange the camera. It is also true that you have 14 days from the date you took possession of this camera to return or exchange it, and because of this we would not be able to provide a return or exchange on this Sony camera.
My suggestion would be to contact Sony directly to arrange for repairs on the camera. You could also bring the camera into the Geek Squad precinct at your local Best Buy store, and they should also be able to send the unit off to be repaired.
It sounds like you also purchased a one year Geek Squad Black Tie Protection (GSBTP) plan for this camera, and if you want to return the plan you can do so for a pro-rated refund any time during the life of the plan.
If you have any other questions for us just post back to this thread, and we will do our best to answer them.
Thanks for posting,
