We purchased 2 Sprint Samsung galaxy 2 's on friday evening and a plantronics m115 blue tooth . which all now have sales on . The blue tooth for 10.00 cheaper and the giftcards on the phones . Normally I would not even think about the 10 bucks but the 110.00 difference on the purchace . We buy alot of stuff from bestbuy and normally very happy . When going to BB on Sunday we were told the gift card deal said not good on prior purchases which when looking at the ad does not say anywhere . also was not given the 10.00 off the bluetooth . We will not being going back to best buy plenty of other place to get our electronics . We were treated rudley and honestly 110 is a big difference in price . If it states not on prior purchases (less than 48 hrs) I would like someone to show me that as the bb could not .

It's too bad that the salesperson couldn't have told you that your items were going to go on sale within a couple of days. I'm guessing you would have waited to make your purchases. I've made purchases at other stores that let you know about upcoming sales and either give you the sale price or give you the option of coming back. I wonder if the salesperson had that information. That is how I feel about it . She had to have known as it was the manager in cell dept that did our phones . Yes for 110.oo diff we would of waited and they should of honored the ad and gave us the cards and the 10 for the bluetooth . We spent almost 600 bucks that day and shop at BB weekly we get all our electronic needs which is alot since my hubby is a tech and i am a wah csr but no more plenty of other places . We were rudley treated and basically ripped for 110.00 if thats how they treat loyal customers no ty . I have read the ad over and over an it does not say not on prev. purchase just no rainchecks and also i wonder if i return them if i can go a head and get it the sale price especally when it had not even been 48 hrs
