Take it to apple use the manufacture warranty. You have obviously learned your lesson the hard way like I did, I will never spend a dollar at BB again either!

I just realized my original post has been tucked away and MOVED away from where I posted it?? But NO ONE has come forward to even acknoledge I had an issue..
Heart Broken!! Seriously, as many times as I have bought items from Best Buy, I honestly feel as if Best Buy has Thrown me to the DOGS! All I simply wanted was an iPad for my Daughter so she can continue her school work at home and be able to get an education by using the technology offered by Apple's iPad and what we ended up with was a lesson of The MEGA Corporations Vs the Little Guy or We, The People!
What they have done is NOT Right!!!! This Started out as a Valentines Day Gift so my daughter could use it for Home School, those of you who know her, know why she is being Home schooled, She needed an iPad so badly and now we have been SHUT OUT by Best Buy's Return Policy because "Some People Abuse The System!!" (According to the fine young, manager who told us IF the current iPad was Defective "They Would Do What IT Takes To Make IT RIGHT"..
Well, it IS NOT RIGHT, ONCE AGAIN!!!!!
You have provided me with another DEFECTIVE iPAD 3 That has LIGHT BLEEDING ISSUES and which happened to ALSO BE THE WRONG DATA CARRIER, Again,!!!! It is almost like an episode to the Twilight ZONE!
We need Verizon and NOT AT&T, Why can't they understand ????
Yesterday, April 6th, 2012, The manager said, regardless of being FORCED into signing a notice stating "Return Warned" sent by"RETAIL EQUATION", They WOULD, "Do whatever it takes to Make it right IF there were issues involving this purchase (4/06/2012), Welp, Guess what?? There ARE issues, Once AGAIN, A DEFECTIVE Light Bleeding Screen and WE WERE GIVEN THE WRONG DATA CARRIER(AT&T) Once Again!!, REALLY??? What is going on? My Lord, I do NOT understand???
We shall see!!! Because now, I am going to simply resort to seeking a COMPLETE REFUND!!! I will just actually order one from APPLE Directly, surely, THEY CAN GET IT RIGHT!!!!
Originally, We PAID IN CASH and Now we seek CASH (or Check)IN RETURN

So because Apple messed up and had iPads that were not up to your standards(What were the other 'defects' in your opinion that caused you to return the other ones btw?) you kept returning them and now are mad at BB for enforcing their return policy limit on you?
Honestly, most electronics released nowadays have some percentage of defective items shipped from the factory. Even on things such as HDtv's they allow a certain percentage of dead/stuck pixels.
But again, what were the 'defect's that you felt were so bad that required multiple returns in a short span of time?

TWO of the returns were due to an employee not knowing the facts when, ON Launch Day only 10 minutes after, I bought what I actually WANTED, which was, the iPad 32G LTE with VERIZON as the Data Carrier.(I have already stated this)
He, the employee, told me VERIZON was requiring for ALL LTE iPads to be "Activated" through Verizon BEFORE leaving the store, which would would charge a 35.00 "Activation Fee", Credit Check and 400.00 Deposit for services.
WHICH WAS UNTRUE!!
They actually walked my original ipad purchase over to the RETURN Counter and started doing the return after sending me from the counter (where I made my purchase) over to the "Best Buy MOBILE" Department, where I was to have my Credit Card used to set up a TWO Year Agreement for VERIZON Data Services and Activation Fee.Even though I was continually bringing up the question of using a Credit Card to ACTIVATE the iPad during SET-UP, Which I had done previously with 2 other iPad Models..
This happened TWO times, Once intentionally by the Employee, and secondly by accident because the Young Gentleman behind the counter scanned the wrong item or something, I still cannot understand what exactly happened because Launch Day was a "little busy"..After this happened, they went and pulled an AT&T Model of the same specs. Rang it up and Off I went..They were actually joking that I was probably the first person to "Return/Exchange" an iPad 3 in the World..
I did feel it was Ironic, AT&T did NOT require ANY activation Fee or Need a Credit Card/Check for Data Services for iPad LTE Models.
So, without any real choice, I was FORCED into a RETURN/ Exchange, I get the iPad home, and there was a horrible LIGHT BLEED across one entire side of the screen. So, this would be ipad 3's first REAL Return..
Several times I was back to BB Looking for information on why I was told there would be Deposits and Fees with NO LUCK..until one day, I went back in hoping to NOT have a screen that was pastey white on one side and Perfectly Pixelated on the other and I hear Verizon was just having communication problems and after I get home from exchanging the AT&T and learn that Verizon HAD "FIXED or IRONED Out" the issues behind the myth of "Activation Fees" being implemented..I call, once again and I am told there would be NO PROBLEM IF I WANTED TO EXCHANGE my ipad for a Verizon Model..Just hurry because they didn't know if there would be any in stock when I made it back in..
SO, I decided, I would shoot to return my Ipad to GET WHAT I REALLY WANTED, The Verizon IPAD 3. Also, during the return of number 3, I had returned/Upgraded my CASE because the one I wanted at LAUNCH was SOLD OUT, this time I was able to get the one I wanted.
During the period of waiting to get back to BB, I called several times to ensure there would be NO Issue with returning, and also, EVERY TIME I was in the Store, I asked the SAME..I even was told by the Apple Rep, to just hold onto it until I could secure one of the Verizon iPads and Just EXCHANGE the AT&T..
All I want is the Verizon iPad 32G LTE,(Without a LIGHT BLEED)and which I originally purchased and was told it would cost me another 435.00 in Deposits and Fees BY EMPLOYEE ERROR..I don't think that is too much to ask especially since my iPad 3 is under the Return Period(at the time of my attempted return) by several days.
When I went in this last time, I was AGAIN shooting for the Verizon Model, which wasn't in stock, I was afraid, since I had been told ANY Future Returns would Be DENIED, I went ahead and EXCHANGED the iPad I was Sold with the HOPES it would NOT have a Horrible Light Bleed but guess what, The one I have now, AT&T 32G 4G has the worst light bleed of them ALL..
I just didn't want to get stuck with a DEFECTIVE electronic for all the time and effort I have spent simply trying to get back to that original purchase of the Verizon 32G LTE I made and was led away in ERROR and NO fault of mine own..
However, it seems, according to some, I am abusing the Exchange system..I find that simply a "cop out" for selling the WRONG INFORMATION and the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing..
I know people make errors, I have made plenty during my life,just not this time, and I shouldn't be the victim of someone elses mistakes..This is what is occuring!!
In the END, this "ISSUE" is in NO WAY my fault..I just want it to be made RIGHT, NOT Close to right or almost right, BUT RIGHT,and I will gladly get on with my life..
It may not be a big deal to you but it is to me because I expect not to be required to pay nearly 1000.00 for something that is faulty or defective, AND The WRONG ONE, at the cause or error of another person or entity simply because of a computer generated number..This is what happens when the human being is taken out of the equation because every circumstance cannot be justified by the data of a computer processor..

With all this trouble with the new iPad, I think you should consider a Samsung Galaxy tablet or Asus Transformer instead.
