Never Again

I have spent nearly 5 grand at Best Buy in the last two years and will never purchase an item them again. Had a warranty issue with a fridge and after two weeks of issues, missing parts, rescheduling my life, they finaly replaced it  but not before making us sit around on St Paddy's day for the delivery.

To boil my blood even further when I went to store to pick out a fridge that was at the original price range,  I found a similar one that was 50 bucks more and the store would not budge on price even after all my problems. And they tried to convince me of how lucky I was to even be getting a new fridge instead of waiting another week for the right parts. 

I'm not asking for the world here, a simple apology or a token of appreciation would suffice. It's been 3 weeks now and have not heard a peep from anyone. Reading this forum makes me think BB just doesn't care.

So thank you BB for your outstanding customer lack of service.

This certainly does sound like a frustrating experience, and being without a working refrigerator for any amount of time would be difficult. I am really sorry for how long this took us, and for how the store handled the replacement.
