When did you purchase the laptop? Are you covered under a Geek Squad Black Tie Protection Plan? If the repair comes back unsatisfactory, there is a 30 day redo period on repairs.

Hello Javi2010,
If two months after the repair you're still covered under the Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan, then we'll repair the laptop under the plan. If you're not covered under the plan, then you can have the laptop sent out for an estimate, but the repairs will not be covered by your plan.
