Best Buy & Geek Squad Policies

Hi, this is sort of a multiple topic area question but decided to post this here.

Last week on Friday, July 30th 2010 I purchased an Asus laptop from the Best Buy in Slidell, La. With all that has been going on I misplaced the receipt and my warranty info. I also forgot to use my Rewards Zone card. It was bought with a check of which my father wrote. We've searched high and low for this and just cannot find it. Is there any way I can get a copy of this info for #1. In case something goes wrong and #2. To get my Rewards Zone points? I know you will need more info.

If you have time, the quickest way is to just go to the store and have them look up the information at customer service. There's numerous ways they can find it, but since you have a BTP on it, it shouldn't be too hard.

Or you can wait, and one of the Connectors on here will assist you.

The store can look it up and once they find it adding on the rz card shouldnt be a problem :-)
