Best Buy & Geek Squad Policies

So I just tried the 1-800 help number and it was less then helpful. I currently cannot find the little protection plan booklet, and the wiring for my laptop charger is exposed from its cord which is making it to where my laptop is not charging. I have used my black tie plan before and I was wondering if the wonderful people at geek squad kept the info on record. If anyone could let me know this or give me some info on how to figure this out that would be great. I am a college student with quite a few due dates for papers coming up in the next few weeks and working on things at the library will only get me so far when most of my stuff is on a laptop that has no charge.

You have three options:
1. Call 1-800-BESTBUY (already did that though)
2. Wait for a Community Connector to respond
3. Go to your local BB.
