Best Buy & Geek Squad Policies

I know people under 18 can get credit cards as long as their parents do some type of sign off.

So how would a parent go about doing this for their child when it comes to the Best Buy credit cards?

My mother wants to do this for my brother, but when she tried signing up online for him it said nothing about a parent doing it for some under 18.

Help?
