I just purchased my first flat screen TV myself, and I can’t imagine how upset I would’ve been if I opened the box and found the screen to be cracked. I would also have been relentless in getting what I paid for if the store I purchased it from had refused to exchange the TV after finding it was damaged.
It is true that our return or exchange period requires the product being returned or exchanged to be in like new condition, which is why this store refused to exchange the TV for you.
