Is that like 47.3% of statistics are made up on the spot? :smileyhappy:

I just purchased my first flat screen TV myself, and I can’t imagine how upset I would’ve been if I opened the box and found the screen to be cracked. I would also have been relentless in getting what I paid for if the store I purchased it from had refused to exchange the TV after finding it was damaged.

It is true that our return or exchange period requires the product being returned or exchanged to be in like new condition, which is why this store refused to exchange the TV for you. With that being said I would like to see if I can get you a resolution in this matter, and I am sending you a private message to start that conversation.
