I bought a mp3 player with a psp for a gift last year, but managed to lose the paper. Is there any way I can get a copy of the plan?

For the terms and conditions of the plan you purchased, go to: https://www.productassist.com/tandc/TandC.html, then select the Product Replacement Plan under Start Date 10/1/07.
