I'm pretty new, and today, my iPod gave me a pleasant surprise for Christmas, a brick. Anyway, When I had bought the device, I paid in Credit, with a RZ card. I was wondering if you would be able to get the receipt for the purchase of the device, as it's covered, since 10/18/2009, so I could see if they could replace it.

Obvious question (if its the clickwheel ipod) did you hold down the middle button and bottom button and attempt to reset?

you have to go into the store....
Did you hold down the power button on the top of the iphone and the round button for 10 seconds to force a reset?

Did you try connecting it to iTunes.... had to ask... just in case.
