Lied To

Orderd a portable DVD player for my daughter for X-mas. Orderd on 12-18-08. Was guaranteed  delivery before x-mas. Paid 20.00$ more from Bestbuy then other companies just because they guaranteed before x-mas delivery. Recieved E-Mail notification on 12-19-08 stating my order had been shipped and my credit card was charged for the purchase. I then recieved an E-Mail message  on 12-22-08 telling me that my order was not going to be on time and in fact would not be here untill the 29. Whats up with that? I was never offered other shipping options or anything. Just to bad for you and thanks for your order dumb azz. No more Bestbuy for me, And I think they will get the order back. I don't like to deal with people I can't trust!!! Don't know what I'm going to do for x-mas for my daughter.
