Hey qdides,

I’m sorry to hear about your recent laptop difficulties! I can imagine how frustrated you must feel to have encountered overheating troubles, especially if this was the third time you’ve encountered the problem with the same computer. I would be equally disappointed in a similar situation.

Like Nokia mentioned, your computer would qualify for a replacement under your service plan’s No Lemon coverage once it has accrued three previous qualifying hardware repairs and a fourth confirmed hardware failure. Once approved then, you would be provided a model comparable to the original unit, not to exceed the original product’s purchase price. Should you choose to seek an upgrade model though – be it laptop or desktop - any difference in price between the two products would be your responsibility to pay.
