I dont know who can help with this I feel I have tried every level at the store in Inver Grove Heights and I am not getting any help or progress... does anyone have a number I can call or a district manager name for the MN Twin Cities Market?
The Short Version - I turned my wife computer in that is under warrenty 3 months ago and I still dont have it back, the orginal problem is fixed but new stuff is broken now the motherboard and harddrive are wipped out.
The Long Version (note I am leaving out 13 phone calls in this)
I turned in the computer -
- 3 months and 2weeks ago because the fan was broken
- 3 week later I recieved the computer back (fan was still broken the manufactorer only had turned off the temp alarm and not actually fixed it)
-2 months 1 week ago I returned it to have the fan actually fixed (they agreed and sent it back to manufact)
-2 month ago I found out that the computer was back and the fan was working but now the Widows installation was bad... they said I had to options they would try and flash the os... or I could send in to Toshiba for a reinstall disk, I asked them to flash the OS, f that didnt work I would send out for reinstall disk.
1 month 2 weeks ago- called to check in found Geek squad memeber said that "we dont flash the os its not a service we provide? He told you wrong..." But we will try it... (so it sat for 2 1/2 weeks with not work done to it)
1 month 1 Week ago - called the store manager, she said sorry and I said I would reallly like my computer back they cant get Windows to reinstalled... She said (note I ME AND MYSELF CALLED TWICE they never called me about this) NOW they cant read the liscnence number on the bottom of the computer to reinstall windows and they hadnt called me to get it...
1 Month 4 Days ago- I get number from toshiba and call them, NOW thats no longer the problem they think the motherboard is bad. so they send it back to Toshiba
- Just called computer is still at Toshiba and I dont have a devlivery date...

Or you can wait on this board and a Community Connector should on within a few business days to help with your issue.
District Managers numbers will not be given out as they do not handle Customer Service Issues. I would call the 888 number or wait for a Community Connector on this forum.
