Thank you Sarah, I have followed diligently every step that has been asked of me by BB and GS. You mention certain processes that you must follow as well. Is there any clause in the terms and conditions of the Service Plan that details whats a tolerable timeframe for repair ?
Just curious because I feel as I am sure you would put in my position that 2 weeks is about as long as most people are going to wait patiently to get something fixed that they have already paid for in advance to insure uptime. Waiting over twice that long is unacceptable.
We know that this is a part issue.... out of BB or GS's control That doesnt make it okay.There should be a contingency plan in place for the customer if an items repair is going to be this long.
