I had insurance with Geek Squad and luckily never had to use it BUT when I bought a new phone, I went with Sprint ins.
I cancelled the GS ins and for four months continued to get billed by both the GS and Sprint. They kept sending me to my bank and my bank kept sending me to GS. FINALLY, TODAY, the GS people very nicely agreed to cancel and give me a refund...with reference numbers and everything! Now I wait 7 to 10 days and see if it actually happens. I'm pinching myself. They were sooo nice (Camilla, the rep) that I'm thinking...if it sounds too good to be true...then ? I am going to remain positive and will keep you all posted.

It's been 2 weeks since i cancelled mine & within 30 days of taking it out. No refund! Why so long? Most credits show up in 2-3 business days. Yet a CC charge shows up immediately. I've emailed BB twice & they are not replying. I'll find it hard to do business with BB in the future. Can someone at Corp. explain why it takes so long & i can't get a reply?
