No big deal here just some input. I used In-Store pickup for the first time the other day and the sytem could be better. Proper Identification and a printed email receipt was not enough. I had to return home to get the Credit Card I used for my online purchase to claim the item up in the store. I don't need to send my Credit Card to BestBuydotcom to have something shipped to my house. The BB confirmation email states "Only the person named on the purchasing credit card or your pre-selected Friends & Family Pickup person may pick up this order". Friends and Family may not have my card either. It's great that BB takes precautions against ID theft, but a more PROMINENT statement of In-Store pickup policies would benefit both customers and employees.

It was just a suggestion from a first time user. A more 'prominent' statement of the In-Store pickup policies (on the online check out page) would benefit both customers and employees. Thanks.

Hi SA,
Thank you for sharing your input with us about our In-Store Pickup option for your online order. I apologize that you had to go back and get your original credit card that was used and I'll surely pass on your perspectives to the appropriate channels.
If you have any other comments or concerns, feel free to post here or send me a private message.

Thanks Justin, really it was no problem. Thing is, I didn't wait around to get my 'ready to pick-up' email (where it is clearly stated). I had some other errands to run and thought I would stop by BB on the way home and pick the item up. Just thought the suggestion might save another newbie the extra trip.
