Well it looks like Best Bbuy may not be the palce to Pre-Order any more. Unless i can get my code that i was promised. Can someone HELP me with this. I see people are getting helped and would just like my code. Thanks

Yeah, I'm done pre-ordering at Best Buy. I was going to reserve 4 more games other than Gears 3 to get their 100 gift card for 5 pre-orders, but after the Baird code shafting I'm done reserving gamesat Best Buy. Highly disappointed.

This has been the worst purchase I can remember.. 

Not only have I not gotten the code but when I went to the store to get the game at the midnight release, the store computers went down. I was inline behind about 30 people for over 2 hrs.  Gamestop experience: I was about 60 people back and was done in exactly 7 minutes, game and code in hand.  Now the store manger wont even give people the time of day in the issue. You would think he could at the very least refer us to this site.  I bought the LG 3D TV in may along with the matching wireless 3D blu ray player and several 3D movies plus countless games and my xbox. Although he can't take the time to come to the phone ( I even left my name and phone number, still waiting on that call). and Bestbuy can't invest enough in their phone reps to pass on accurate info instead of just transferring to the first department they think of.  Seems kind of counter productive to me.  

They need to understand that the people that pre order are the people that tend to be loyal and spend above average amounts of money.

By the way my awful store experience was at Bestbuy Victorville.   I can't wait to get onto Leo Laporte radio call in on this one, I'm sure it will be a big topic of discussion after all the buildup.

I know! and gears isnt showing up on my gamerzone so what does that mean im not getting the 100 dollars after i get all 5 games because best buy wont put them on my account or give me my pre order? what about battlefield?? i freaking want the pre order stuff more then anything? am i not going to get that either??
