I can't believe it takes this long to fix an problem. I knew best busy doesn't care about the customer !!

I had it with best buy they really don't care at all for te customers. I had a bad experience with two of there stores. Horrible horrible they send you a message saying they are going to try and see what they can do and they never get back to you. I don't understand why thy even have this page , for what just to lie more to the people. Disgusted right now

Who do you think you are. Let's get something clear, best buy does not care about their customers and when that note was sent it was misspelled purposely.
