I just bought a laptop 4 days ago. The Samsung one with AMD processor, but I really hate the laptop. It is very slow and getting freezed. I have to force restart the system almost atleast thrice a day. That is very irritating. I went to best buy to exchange the piece, I mean to get a better one. But they made me wait for almost an hour saying that they are scanning the computer for virus. And if they find virus it cannot be returned. That was so annoying as I dint even use any of the ports, and it has already got a anti-virus trail with the purchase. I was unable to wait for long time and the scanning did not complete by the time. The person was unable to tell the estimated time of wait also.I really had a bad experience about this. I just bought it back as I could not wait for long time. Here my question is I still have the 2week return policy. I really hate this laptop, I want to get a new one with Intel processor. Is there any way I can return this laptop.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any idea how much time they usually take?

In general computing, you will *NOT* notice any appreciable difference between an Intel and an AMD processor. There are some things which will show a difference, but for almost all of what the average user uses their computer for, you will not find much of a difference just because of the processor.
