I opened a best buy credit card on august 1, and it is now august 24 and I have not received my card yet or gotten a statement thru the mail. I figure I will have a payment due shortly but have no idea how much or when it is due, and no way to pay it because I don't have a card. The lady in the store told me I would receive it in about 2 weeks, it's been almost a month. Is this normal? And if not is there a number I can call to get all this straightened out?
