I'm disappointed by the poor service you received from the manager in the store you visited, I'm sorry about this. If the gaming manager makes a promise to you, they should do everything in their power to make good on that promise. They really could have made more of an effort to keep you in the loop on this as well- there are a lot of things we need to improve here.
I had a chance to look into your order and see that you have received your Vita. I hope the overall awesomeness of it will help make up for the trouble you had getting it. I am going to report this situation to the store's general manager to make sure this is addressed- they need to improve their service. A case will be created here at the corporate office to make sure this is documented.
