I HATE BEST BUY!!!! My husband and I bought a TV in 11/07. We had to return in a week. The picture was bad!!! So we got a Phillips TV. In one week we had that one returned and got another Phillips. We had this one for about two month and the sound went out again. So we go to our local "friendly" Best Buy because they are suppose to do a "Service Exception" to take back our third Phillips. They are suppose to zero out our account. They NEVER did this. On 12/8/09 will be one year since this fighting started! I paying on a TV that I no longer have. The new TV we got was $100.00 less than the Phillips. They never zero balanced our account. They never started the six months no interest over on our new TV. I have got the run around from this company for almost a year! I have sent in receipts! I have called every month. I have wrote letters. Push comes to shove and we are financing a TV we no long have and service plan that $400.00 more than we should! Bottom line for these Bottom feeders are I HATE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never recommend anyone to you but from you!!!! The only thing you have giving me is a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth!!!!!!!!!!!! You tell 3 people about a positive interaction, you tell 10 people about a bad interaction! Thanks for not a DANG thing!!!!!!!!!!! ![]()

I have been a Best Buy customer for a couple of years now but what is a Service Exception? Did you have it in writing or how did they propose this to you?

Greetings doglover5639,
It’s typically been my experience that most credit/debit card refunds can be completed within 7-10 business days once a return has been processed, so I’m not quite sure why you wouldn’t have receive one after nearly two years. I can certainly imagine how frustrated you must feel though if you have found this to be the case, especially if you have been in contact with your credit card company several times regarding this issue.
I would like to take this opportunity to gather some additional information from you, so please keep an eye on your private messages for further communication. You can check your private messages by signing into the forum and then clicking on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
