50 inch plasma is under warranty.  Call them up because we moved.  Gave them new address, setup new appointment, etc.  Call back and confirm 5 days before appointment that tech has the part and that they are coming to my NEW ADDRESS.  Everything is confirmed.  Took the day off work and get a call that tech is sitting outside the old address???   Really, how tough is it?  Thanks for wasting one of my vacation days geek squad.  What a fiasco.  So now ill be waiting another month with a broken tv.
