How about a "great service!" post

After reading all these negative experiences on this forum, I felt it would only be fair to share a positive experience I had this afternoon in your Hartford, CT location. Although he seemed to have his hands full ,the young man who is in charge of the movie department provided me with some of the most personalized service I've had in my 10+ years of being a Best Buy patron. In addition to quickly finding 3 movies I was looking for, he was eager to place an order for a forth which was not in stock. It is service like this from a Best Buy employee that will always yield a return visit.

 

Kudos to Best Buy!

I read your post and felt what I am sure everyone who works at Best Buy, and anyone who works in retail in general felt:  All warm and fuzzy inside.  Nothing makes us feel better than knowing that we have helped out a customer, let alone, well enough to warrant a positive post on a forum that is generally full of negatives or complaints.  We are grateful for your patronage for the past 10+ years, and hope you continue to shop with Best Buy. 

 

Thank you for posting this, I hope it brought a smile upon many other's faces, like it did mine.
