I signed up for DirecTV with the purchase of an HDTV in December.  I'm just wondering how long, on average, it has taken to show up as pending on the DirecTV Rebates website and how long before actually receiving the rebate.  I received my $50 gift card 3 weeks ago, but am still waiting for the larger $200 rebate.  I know it says 6-8 weeks for rebate delivery, but it's not even showing up on my rebates page via DirecTV like the $50 one is.  I filled the form out correctly and sent it via priority mail with delivery confirmation...so I know they received it, but I'm starting to get a bit nervous!

Anybody with experience with DirecTV rebates care to share their experience on how long I should expect to wait and at what point I should start to worry about it's arrival?

Thank you for posting on our Forums. That’s basically what I have heard. It usually takes 6-8 weeks to process. If within that time frame you do not receive your rebate, reach out to us again and we will definitely look into for you at that time.

I just got my first bill.  It's been over 2 months.  I sent the rebate form about 3 weeks ago, with what I thought was the first bill.  Turns out the 'bill' I sent was the activation confirmation letter- not the bill.  What do I do?  Should I re-send the rebate form with a copy of the bill?  Where is the rebate form online?

Thank you for visiting our Community Forum. I am sorry if you have not received your rebate from DirecTV. Here is some information regarding the promotion. The $300 Best Buy Gift Card promotion ended 7/21/2010.  Eligible customers had 90 days from 7/21/2010 (until 10/21/2010) to successfully redeem their gift cards.

You can certainly try to submit your rebate form but I cannot guarantee that DirecTV will honor it. I would advise speaking to DirecTV for additional information regarding this rebate. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to let me know.

The rebate i'm referring to is the $250 one that expires this month i believe.  I got the $50 card already from BB and sent my stuff to Directtv for the $200 Card.  Still nothing back...  Thansk.

I sent in my redemption form to El Paso on  12/18/10 for the $200 rebate and have not heard from Best Buy or Directv
