Good afternoon shoopies -
I love Simon & Simon! I remember watching that with my Mom and Dad, as well as Magnum PI! Those were the days!
I can understand how uncomfortable and upset you might be after having the type of experience you described. I want to offer my sincerest apologies to you for any inconvenience this may have caused.
It is true that there are very hefty fines for breaking street dates on many of the movies, CDs and video games we sell. We are provided with information detailing those release dates, however sometimes we can have human error. While I do agree with you that it could have been handled in a much more tactful, caring way, I hope you can understand why we cannot sell an item prior to the appropriate release date.
I would like to talk to you further about this, therefore I am sending you a private message. To check your private messages, first ensure you are logged into the forums, then click the envelope in the upper right hand corner.
Thanks!

good policy is you sale it to me anyway make the customer happy ., then go take the rest off the shelf.sence they made the mistake. thats what should have happened. the whole thing was just wrong,.
I'd actually say that even though it may be good customer service, it isn't good business sense to sell a $50 item and lose $10000 on the sale.
